• In document viewer, we inform by displaying a message ifsome text
  • A user is looking at an older version of the document
  • A user is looking at an archived document
  • There is a future dated version of the document
• For favorited documents, if there is a newer version of document is availablesome text
  • Alert symbol on favorite icon
  • A pop up to inform and to update the favorite to the recent version
